President Trump’s America’s AI Action Plan seeks to accelerate AI innovation, build-out American AI infrastructure, and advance U.S. leadership in international AI diplomacy and security. Attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a key role in fulfilling the goals of America’s AI Action Plan, particularly in scaling and modernizing data centers and AI-related infrastructure.
