After graduating from the University of Warwick - UK, she returned to Vietnam and worked on environmental aspect of the construction industry. During her 15 years working at leading organizations such as Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) and International Finance Corporation (IFC), she participated in the research of green building certification systems, especially LOTUS and EDGE certificates. In addition, as a consultant, auditors and even assessor, she has contributed to the development of many construction projects across the country, as well as contacted and successfully persuaded investors in many sectors to build green.
Sau khi tốt nghiệp ngành môi trường tại Anh Quốc, cô đã trở về Việt Nam và làm việc trong lĩnh vực môi trường trong ngành xây dựng. Trong 15 năm làm việc tại các tổ chức đi đầu trong phát triển công trình xanh tại thị trường Việt Nam gồm Hội đồng Công trình Xanh Việt Nam (VGBC) và Tổ chức Tài chính Quốc tế (IFC), cô đã tham gia nghiên cứu các chứng chỉ đánh giá công trình xanh, đặc biệt là chứng chỉ LOTUS và EDGE. Ngoài ra, dưới cương vị chuyên gia đánh giá, kiểm toán và tư vấn về công trình xanh, cô đã tham gia tư vấn hàng chục công trình xây dựng trên cả nước, cũng như tiếp xúc và thuyết phục chủ đầu tư trong nhiều phân khúc thị trường.
Logan Ravisanker
General Director, Vietnam Business Development Director, Southeast Asia at Dow
With a track record of over 26 years of product development and market implementation in the specialty chemicals and consumer goods industry, Logan has spent 14 years leading Research and development organizations in the Asia Pacific region. Logan recently accepted the role of General Director for Vietnam and will remain responsible for developing new markets and executing the ASEAN regional growth strategy in his regional business development role.
Logan Ravisanker has been with Dow for 16 years. In his first nine years, he was based in Shanghai, China, and led the Asia Pacific Research & Development Team of Dow’s Building & Construction business. He also led the integration of Dow Corning and Dupont R&D organizations into Dow in Asia. In 2017, Logan relocated to Singapore to lead the Research & Development Organization in ASEAN, and 2020, he assumed the regional business development responsibilities. Logan accepted the General Director role for Vietnam in April 2024 and is relocating to Ho Chi Minh City.
Logan is passionate about driving collaborative innovation with customers and value chain partners and engaging academic institutions to develop sustainable solutions jointly.
Logan has degrees in science and engineering from India. He also earned his Executive MBA at the INSEAD School of Business.
