U.S. Commercial Services Guangzhou office warmly invite you to participate in the 2025 EducationUSA College Fair!

EducationUSA is a U.S. government network of over 430 international student advising centers in more than 175 countries and territories, which provides valuable information and resources to students seeking opportunities to study at accredited postsecondary institutions in the United States. This annual College Fair offers students and parents the chance to explore higher education opportunities in the United States, and they can meet with representatives from various institutions to learn about programs, admission requirements, and the application process. Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, May 18, 2025
• Venue: Westin Pazhou (Area C, Canton Fair Complex, 681 Fengpu Zhong Rd., Haizhu District, Guangzhou)
• Program: a full-day event from 9 am-5 pm
• Confirmed exhibitors: U.S. higher education institutions and educational institutions
• Audience: Registration is open to the public, particularly students and parents interested in studying in the United States.

Here's how you can participate in connecting with potential clients and promoting your product and service:

 Participation:

• Cost: USD 200 per Company
• Includes:

• Exhibition table (For promotional materials, giveaways, pull-up banners, etc.)
• Company name/logo feature in advertisements (social media, print materials, etc.)
• U.S. Commercial Service staff support
• Working lunch for 2-3 company staff
• Additional exposure opportunities if providing the event with lucky prizes

Important Deadlines:

Please express your interest, share your company logo for the backdrop, and inform us of available prize options by April 3. We can accommodate only 6 companies on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Complete the Participation Agreement and make payment by April 17. (We will send the payment link after you confirm participation.)
