Klaus Jonas has worked twenty-three enjoyable years for the U.S. Commercial Service in Düsseldorf, Germany. As part of the Global Advanced Manufacturing Team he has become an expert in the Industrial Automation Industry. Klaus is responsible for the following industries: machine tools; metal working equipment; materials handling equipment; packaging machines; robotics; photonics; general industrial equipment and supplies; iron and steel; non-ferrous metals; and furniture. Before his assignment with the U.S. Commercial Service he served in investment promotion as Director of the State of North Carolina and foreign trade development with the State of Missouri. Altogether he has over 33 years of experience working to promote U.S. business interests in Germany.
