About the event

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is preparing to roll out the second phase of its CARM (CBSA Assessment & Revenue Management) Client Portal (CCP). This CARM Release 2 will add new functionality to the CCP for customers managing customs transactions for shipments into and out of Canada.

The CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) digital initiative is changing how CBSA assesses and collects duties and taxes on commercial goods imported into Canada. On May 13, 2024, CARM will become the official system of record that importers and other trade chain partners will use to pay duties and taxes.

Canada, she works with multinational companies and stakeholders to assist them in navigating Canadian importing legislation.   Penny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Yorkville University including CCLP, CCS and CTCS designations.  Penny is the controlled goods designated official; she has her professional brokerage license from CBSA.
