U.S. Commercial Service Travel and Tourism Roadshow to Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China
The U.S. Commercial Service at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing is organizing a travel and tourism roadshow to Chengdu, Sichuan Province from July 28–30, 2025. This initiative aims to strengthen connections between U.S. tourism destinations and companies with Chengdu-based tour operators and travel industry professionals.
Our goal is to deliver a dynamic and engaging program that fosters meaningful business relationships and increases awareness of U.S. travel and tourism offerings.
July 28: Hosted VIP Dinner with a themed networking focus
July 29: Interactive Destination and Service Showcase, Market Insight Presentations, and Product Briefings
July 30: Sales Calls with Local Stakeholders
U.S. destinations and companies are strongly encouraged to incorporate interactive elements into their presentations and displays to better engage the audience and showcase their offerings effectively.
Participation Fee: USD $1,200 per company
In-kind Sponsorship: We will hold a raffle during and at the end of the event. We encourage participating companies to provide raffle prizes as a way to gain additional exposure.
Capacity: Limited to 16 participating companies to maintain a high-quality experience
Minimum Participation: The event requires at least 10 registered companies to proceed
Registration: First-come, first-served basis, determined by the time of payment

Happy Hour Sponsor (July 29) – Receptive tour operators showcasing bundled products that feature multiple U.S. destinations
